The Mickster was just so thrilled about this newly found spider web in our backyard bush that he ran in to tell me all about it. He asked me to come take a look. Being a lazy bumpkin I handed him my camera instead. Here's what he captured...

The Mickster thought he would help his daddy out by pulling some grass up and hauling it away for him. But then he thought..."Why not make a big pile of grass and then throw it up to make grass rain all over the place?"

Yes, Round Eye is totally in love with his Pink Princess, but lately it's been all about the grass. Yes, the grass in the front yard...the grass in the backyard...HIS grass in the front yard...HIS grass in the backyard... He is so very proud of HIS green, green, oh so green grass. It really is as pretty as this picture. What a great blanket of green, green grass, don't ya think? (This picture is SOOC...straight out of camera...not colorized, not edited.)

This is the lone flower that grows each year in the little 20" x 24" piece of earth next to our garage. I planted this gladiolus about 4 years ago. The first year yielded about 7 stems, but now we get only a mere lone gladiola stem. Pretty still.

Here the Pink Princess is helping Daddy with replanting and changing out new pots for the patio plants. Check out her pink Barbie tools and new March of Dimes Family Teams shirt...cute aren't they?
