Round Eye has perfected his NSN (No Sauce Needed) ribs and homemade potato salad. They were oh so yummy!
He even bragged to Ms Dainty who we will be visiting this Friday. She was even surprised that he garnishes! LOL She is thrilled to have him cook for her.
This Round Eye's throw-it-together, make-it-up-as-you-go-along dish not only looked pleasing, but was quite yummy as well. Now if only he remembered how he made it the first time. LOL
Don't laugh or gasp, but this was my first meal that I've ever cooked all by myself and from scratch at that! Green beans with stewed tomatoes and garlic, yellow mashed potatoes and rosemary garlic pork chops...The phamily loved it! It really wasn't that bad. I did make a mess in the kitchen which Round Eye cleaned up for me. The only hard part was reading 3 recipes and getting the timing right...not sure how others do this day in and day out. It's not really my cup of tea though I'm sure Round Eye wouldn't mind if I spent more time in the kitchen.
